Top ribbon in Documents Windows

The Document Editor is easily identified by its specific blue-colored menu bar. Across the top, you'll find the following controls:

Save - Saves any changes made to the document.

Undo - Reverts the most recent change made.

Redo - Reapplies the most recent undone change.

Create new file - Creates a new blank Document.

Print - Prints the document using a networked printer.

Share - Allows you to share the currently opened document.


Toggle Full Screen mode.

Minimize - Minimizes the Document Editor to the taskbar.

Maximize - Maximizes the Document Editor to take up the entire screen.

Close - Closes the currently open Document Editor window. Unsaved documents will be prompted with a Save dialog.
