Top ribbon in Documents Windows
The Document Editor is easily identified by its specific blue-colored menu bar. Across the top, you'll find the following controls:

Save - Saves any changes made to the document. |

Undo - Reverts the most recent change made. |

Redo - Reapplies the most recent undone change. |

Create new file - Creates a new blank Document. |

Print - Prints the document using a networked printer. |

Share - Allows you to share the currently opened document. |

Toggle Full Screen mode. |

Minimize - Minimizes the Document Editor to the taskbar. |

Maximize - Maximizes the Document Editor to take up the entire screen. |

Close - Closes the currently open Document Editor window. Unsaved documents will be prompted with a Save dialog. |
