Review tab in Documents Windows

The Review dropdown provides advanced collaboration in the form of tracked changes and comments.

Word Count... – Provides a summary of the number of words, characters, paragraphs, and sections in the entire document. If text is selected, the summary will be only the selection.

Set Language – Allows you to set the default language for the Spell Checker.

Proofing Options – Includes options to automatically detect hyperlinks, create bulleted lists, capitalize letters, and more. All options can be toggled on and off.

Track Changes– Highlights all of the changes made to the document alongside the corresponding author and date.

Revision Markups – Adjusts how tracked changes are displayed. Options are:

 
  • Entire Text – Displays all document edits as balloons alongside the corresponding line.
  • Final– Displays tracked changes with committed document edits.
  • Original – Does not display document edits, although changes are still tracked.
  • Simple markup - displays clear text with committed changes, but marks the changes with sidelines.
Next – Jumps to the next tracked change in the document.
Previous – Jumps to the previous tracked change in the document.
Accept Change – Commits the currently selected tracked change.
Accept All Changes – Commits all tracked changes in the document.
Reject Change – Rejects the currently selected tracked change.
Reject All Changes – Rejects all tracked changes in the document.
Next – Jumps to the next comment in the document.
Previous – Jumps to the previous comment in the document.
Delete Comment – Deletes the currently selected comment.

 

Review tab in Documents Android

From the Review tab, you can examine the range of modifications you're able to make using OfficeSuite's Track Changes feature with multiple author support.

Quick Sign – Instantly converts the document to a PDF and allows you to add a virtual signature. Note that this is not equivalent to adding a digital signature. To add a digital signature, use the Sign tool in the PDF interface.
Word Count – Provides a summary of the number of words, characters, paragraphs, and sections in the entire document.
Check Spelling – Checks the spelling of your document using OfficeSuite's integrated spell checker. Use the F7 button on your keyboard to turn spell check on or off.
Set Language – Allows you to choose from a large number of languages in which to set the document language.
Comment – Places a comment on a specific part of the text. This feature is especially handy for leaving feedback in group projects.
Delete Comment – Deletes the currently selected comment.
Previous Comment – Go backwards through the comments.
Next Comment – Go forward through the comments.
Track Changes – Enables OfficeSuite's Track Changes features, which highlights any changes you make to the document. It includes multiple author support for changes made from multiple devices.
Reivision Markup – Toggles between showing the original document, the document after the changes performed, and a merged view of both. These are named Merged/Final/Original/Simple Markup View, respectively.
Previous Change – Moves back to the previous change in the document.
Next Change – Moves to the next change in the document.
Accept Changes – Accepts the currently highlighted change.
Reject Changes – Rejects the currently highlighted change.

Track Changes – Enables OfficeSuite's Track Changes feature, which highlights any changes you make to the document. It includes multiple author support for changes made from multiple devices.

Revision Markups – Toggles between showing the original document, the document after the performed changes, and a merged view of both. View options are: Merged/Final/Original/Simple Markup

Accept Change – Accepts the currently highlighted change.
Reject Change – Rejects the currently highlighted change.
Previous – Moves back to the previous change in the document.
Next – Moves to the next change in the document.
Comment – Inserts a new comment.
Delete Comment – Removes a comment.
Previous – Moves to the previous comment in the document.
Next – Moves to the next comment in the document.
