Change your subscription payment method

If you have an OfficeSuite subscription with recurring billing, you can change how you pay at any time, unless a payment is a past due.

 

How to change your subscription payment method for OfficeSuite you bought from officesuite.com or Microsoft Store


If you subscribed to OfficeSuite on officesuite.com

  1. Sign in to your MobiSystems account in Dashboard
  2. Under Subscriptions & Purchases, click on the subscription product you want to manage
  3. Click Update billing info

Note: If you do not find the Update billing info button, check your subscription's origin. You might have subscribed through a third-party seller.


Update your payment method on Microsoft Store


If you have purchased OfficeSuite through Microsoft Store, you can update your payment method online,

  1. Sign in to the Payment options page with your Microsoft account. If you can't sign in, try troubleshooting issues with your Microsoft account.
  2. Find the payment method you want to update, and then select View or edit card.
  3. Enter your updated info, and then select Save.

How to change your subscription payment method for OfficeSuite you bought from Google Play or Amazon 

How to change your Google Play payment method

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. At the top right, click your profile icon.
  3. Select Payments & Subscriptions Payment Methods.
  4. Select Edit Payment Method.
  5. Under the payment method you want to edit, click Edit.
  6. Make your updates and click Update.

Your payment method will be updated and you will be able to select it when you buy something on Google Play.

How to change your payment method while making a purchase on Google Play

  1. On your computer, go to the Google Play Store.
  2. Go to a paid item's detail page.
  3. Click the price.
  4. Next to the current payment method, click the Down arrow .
  5. Choose from one of your existing payment methods or add a new one.
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

Note: If you add a payment method while making a purchase, it will be saved in your account.

Edit your credit and debit card information on Amazon

  1. On Amazon.com, sign in to your account.
  2. Click the Account & Lists drop-down list, and choose Your Account.
  3. Click Payment options.
  4. On the Amazon Wallet page, you can change any of the following for the cards that are listed:
    Name on card
    Expiration date
    Billing address
  5. To confirm the changes, click Save.
  6. To edit other information about the card (for example, if the card number changes), delete the credit card, and then add it again by entering the correct information.

The changes that you make on Amazon.com automatically apply to Amazon Pay.


If your card issuer participates in Account Updater and provides expiration date updates directly to Amazon.com, those updates will apply to Amazon Pay. If your card issuer reissues the card that you have chosen to use for recurring payments, we will use the new card number for future payments. Learn more about Account Updater.

How to change your subscription payment method for OfficeSuite you bought from Apple

Update your payment method on your iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
  4. Tap Add Payment Method, enter the new payment method, then tap Done.
  5. Tap Edit.
  6. Tap the red delete button next to the old payment method, then tap Delete.
