Insert a table in Slides Windows
Insert a basic table:
- In the Insert tab, click Table.
- Highlight the number of columns and rows you want.
- Click Insert table.
Insert a larger table:
- In the Insert tab, click Table.
- Click Options, enter the the number of columns and rows you want.
- Click OK.
Insert or delete rows or columns into a table
- Right click on a cell in your table.
- Select Insert or Delete.
Manipulate tables
- To cut a table, select it and press CTRL+X.
- To copy a table, select it and press CTRL+C.
- To resize a table, select it and drag a corner handle.
Insert a table in Slides Android
1. In the Insert tab, click Table.
2. Highlight the number of columns and rows you want with tap+hold and drag.
Alternatively, use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the number of rows and columns.
3. Confirm with Insert.

Insert a basic table:
- In the Insert tab, click Table.
- Highlight the number of columns and rows you want.
- Click Insert table.
Insert a larger table:
- In the Insert tab, click Table.
- Enter the the number of columns and rows you want.
- Click OK.
Insert or delete rows or columns
- Select a row or a column in your table. On the Table tab, swipe the toolbar to reveal more options.
- Select Insert or Delete.
Manipulate pictures, shapes, or tables
- To move a shape, select, then drag and drop it into position.
- To cut or delete a shape, select and tap on it. Tap Cut or Delete on the floating toolbar.
- To resize a picture, select it and drag a corner handle.
