Quickly calculate with Auto Sum 

  1. Select the cell below the numbers you want to add.
  2. Tap Home, swipe the toolbar to reveal more options. 
  3. Tap Auto Sum

Use conditional formatting

  1. Select the data to conditionally format.

  2. On the Format tab, select Conditional formatting. 

  3. Review the options and pick the one you want, or 
    Tap Rules manager to view all conditional formatting rules in a spreadsheet. Use the Rules manager to delete a rule. 

Auto-Fit Columns

  1. You can change the width of a column by tapping and dragging the right border of the column header.

  2. To automatically fit the widest entry in a column, double tap the right border of a column header.

  3. To autofit multiple columns, first select multiple columns. Then, 
    On the Format tab, swipe the toolbar and tap Auto-Fit Columns
