Quickly calculate with Auto Sum
- Select the cell below the numbers you want to add.
- Tap Home, swipe the toolbar to reveal more options.
- Tap Auto Sum.
Use conditional formatting
- Select the data to conditionally format.
- On the Format tab, select Conditional formatting.
- Review the options and pick the one you want, or
Tap Rules manager to view all conditional formatting rules in a spreadsheet. Use the Rules manager to delete a rule.
Auto-Fit Columns
- You can change the width of a column by tapping and dragging the right border of the column header.
- To automatically fit the widest entry in a column, double tap the right border of a column header.
- To autofit multiple columns, first select multiple columns. Then,
