Print in OfficeSuite Documents on Windows

Before you print, you can preview your document and specify which pages you want to print.

  1. Click File, click Print
  2. To preview each page, click the forward and backward arrows at the bottom of the page.

    If the text is too small, use the zoom slider at the bottom of the page to enlarge it.

  3. Choose the number of copies, and any other options you want, and click the Print button.

    To print only certain pages, click Print All Pages (the default), to see all of options.

  • To print the page shown in preview, select Print Current Page.

  • To print individual pages and a range of pages (e.g. page 1, and pages 2-4) at the same time, select Custom Print, and enter the page numbers and ranges separated by commas (e.g. 1, 2-4).
