Insert a Text Box in Documents for Windows
1. Open a Documents file.
2. Click where you want to insert the text box.
3. Click on the Insert tab.
4. Select the Text Box option.
5. Double-tap in the box to type text.
*The text box will appear in default size.
To move the box:
1. Place the cursor near the box until the cursor appears as a moving tool.
2. Left-click and drag the box to the wanted position in the file.
To resize the box:
1. Click in the box to see the resizing points.
2. Left-click and hold on whichever you want of the points and drag to the wanted size.
Insert a Text Box in Documents for Android
1. Open a Documents file.
2. Tap where you want to insert the text box.
3. Tap on the Tabs dropdown and select Insert tab.
4. Slide left and tap on the Text Box option.
5. Double-tap in the text box to type text.
*The text box will appear in default size.
