Insert or remove a watermark in Documents for Windows

Insert a watermark

1. In the Layout tab, swipe the toolbar to reveal more options.
2. Tap Watermark and choose a predefined watermark such as DRAFT or ASAP.

Remove a watermark

1. Double tap on the watermark. 
2. Tap Delete on the floating toolbar.

Inserting watermarks

1. In the Layout tab, swipe the toolbar to reveal more options.
2. Tap Watermark and choose a predefined watermark such as DRAFT or ASAP. 

Customize watermark 

1. Double tap to select the watermark. 
2. On the Graphic tab, use any of the Shape, Line, and Graphic options.  

Note that it is not possible to create a custom text watermark. 

Remove a watermark

1. Double tap on the watermark. 
2. Tap Delete on the floating toolbar.
