Review tab in Sheets Windows
The Review dropdown lets you manage your spreadsheet comments.

Comment – Adds a comment to the selected cell or cell range. |

Edit Comment – Edits a comment in the selected cell or cell range. |
 |
Delete Comment – Removes a comment from the selected cell or cell range. |
 |
Previous Comment – Jumps to the previous comment in the spreadsheet. |
 |
Next Comment – Jumps to the next comment in the spreadsheet. |

Protect Sheet... – Opens the protect sheet dialog, which allows you to apply editing restrictions. Note that restrictions are applied to the current sheet only and protect passwords are not recoverable! |
Review tab in Sheets Android
The Review tab houses protection and security options, as well as comment management.

Check Spelling – Checks if there are spelling mistakes in any words that have been inserted. |

Set language – Sets the default language for spell checking. |
 |
Comment – SAdds a comment to a cell or cell range. Commented cells are marked by a small indicator in the upper right, and will briefly appear when the cell or cell range is selected. |

Edit Comment – Adds and edits a comment to the selected cell or cell range. |

Delete Comment – Removes a comment from the selected cell or cell range. |

Protect Workbook – Used to add a password to the spreadsheet. |

Protect Sheet – Used to restrict access to specific elements in the current sheet. |

Protect Range – Used to protect the currently selected cell range. |
 |
Protected Range Manager – Displays a list of the protected cell ranges in the spreadsheet. |

Protect Sheet – Allows you to limit the access of users to the sheet by setting a password on it. Please note that passwords are not recoverable if forgotten. Another options in Protect Sheets is to define what kind of operations users will be allowed to do on it (such as formatting cells/columns, insert hyperlinks, delete rows/columns and many more.) |
