Export a file to PDF on Windows
Export your document to PDF for easy sharing and printing in OfficeSuite Documents, OfficeSuite Sheets, OfficeSuite Slides.
- In the File tab, click Export to PDF.
- Select what to export.
- Export all pages: exports the entire file to PDF.
- Export current page: exports the page you see in Preview on the right.
- Custom export: fill in a range in the field below, e.g. 1-5.
3. Click Export. Navigate with the resulting Windows File Explorer/Finder, click Save.
Export a file to PDF on Android
Export your document to PDF for easy sharing and printing.
- Open your document.
- In View mode, tap the menu icon in the top right. Tap Export to PDF, or
In Edit mode, on the File tab, swipe the toolbar to reveal more options, tap Export to PDF. - Save the PDF you had just exported, and/or tap the Share button in the top right to share your PDF.

- Open your document.
- Tap the menu icon in the top right
- Tap Export to PDF. Navigate to where you want it saved.
- Tap Export.
