Excel Workbook
I don't see or have not figured out how to delete multiple fields worth of data and still be able to retain the formatting/formula. I know I can cut but I don't want to have to rework the fields for formula and formatting. I also cannot keep sending to my work account to “fix” the workbook.

You have two options to do it:
Use option ‘Clear Contents’
